Muesli
This tastes more like what you will be served in Europe...

9 c rolled wheat flakes
5 c thick cut rolled oats
2 c sliced almonds
2.5 c raisins
3/4 c dates chopped

Combine first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Chop dates finely until they turn into a paste. Work date paste into rest of ingredients with your hands until flakes are coated. Store in a cool place. Approximately 165 calories per half cup serving. Serve with milk or yogurt and chopped apple or other seasonal fruit.
